Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Float Head Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Credit Union or Banking environment. This role requires a commitment of 40-44 hours per week and involves significant interaction with our members. The Float Head Teller will work at either our Woodbridge or Manassas branch locations, and reliable transportation is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding member service while processing transactions efficiently.

• Assist in training and overseeing junior tellers, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, ensuring accuracy

  and efficiency.

• Utilize basic math and computer skills to perform transactions and maintain records.

• Communicate effectively with both team members and members of the credit union.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking sector.

• Strong multitasking abilities and a flourish for working in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an unwavering commitment to member satisfaction.

• Proficient time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

• A willingness to work independently, while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
